Q: Will food be provided?

A: Yes, daily during the conference (March 4-7th) there will be lunch provided. You will be responsible for your own for breakfast and dinner. If you have specific dietary restrictions you may want to bring snacks and a packed lunch just in case.

Q: Can I just attend one or a few days?

A: Yes, you can attend as many days as you need in order to keep your certification current. We do recommend attending the entire conference in order to get a better price rate.

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: CANCELLATION POLICY
o No-show applicants will be invoiced for 100% of the course tuition.
o All cancellations within 7 days of course start date are subject to full payment (1/2 of this fee is transferrable to a future class).
o For cancellations within 8-14 days of course start date, students will incur $250 short notice cancellation penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made prior to 15 days of course start date are allowed without penalty.

Q: What if I miss a day?

A: If you miss a day you may come to the other days that you have already purchased; however, we will not be able to issue any refunds if this occurs.

Q: Will there be child care?

A: There will not be any child care provided during this event.

Q: Do I have to stay at the hotel?

A: You are not required to stay at the host hotel but we do have group rates if you’re coming in from out of town.

Q: Is parking included?

A: Yes, you will receive a parking voucher for the regular parking. If you decide to valet it is a charge of $8 dollars a day.

Q: Is there a shuttle to the airport?

A: Unfortunately, there is not a shuttle that transports between the Downtown Grand Hotel and the Airport. Taxis and ride share options are available from the airport.

Q: Can I bring snacks?

A: Yes, you can eat snacks in the conference room.

Q: Will you sell admission at the door?

A: Yes, we will be selling admission at the door.

Q: Which conference room will this be held in?

A: This event will be held in the Fremont Room for all 4 days.
